As a Psychotherapy Student Intern:
Who Naomi Helps...
As a Psychotherapy Student Intern, offering a reduced rate for counselling, Naomi works with adults looking to heal from past hurt and move forward with confidence, as well as couples wanting to improve communication and emotional closeness. She supports clients across a wide range of issues from anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and complex trauma, to couples and relationship challenges such as conflict, communication struggles, and decreased intimacy.
What Therapy is like with Naomi...
From a safe, non-judgmental space, clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and the expectations they have for themselves. With curiosity and openness, Naomi aims to help clients understand possible patterns and the impact these elements have on everyday life, so they may be equipped to make choices more likely to result in their desired outcomes. Similarly within couples counselling, clients may gain insight into emotional dynamics, untangle harmful patterns, and strengthen connection and closeness.

How Naomi, TMHN Helps...
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Naomi uses nutrition as the foundation to expand your understanding of…
-
how your body works & what could be causing your symptoms,
-
how emotions, behaviours, & nutrient deficiencies are connected,
-
why honouring your needs is critical to healing,
-
& how the practice of nurturing yourself physically, emotionally & spiritually is foundational to achieving optimal physical and mental health.
Who are TMHN Clients...
Naomi works with clients who are eager to optimise their well-being, be that through an individualised, structured Nutrition Program, or on a more casual session by session basis, depending on clients needs.

While realms of nutrition are heavily intertwined within the mental health concerns psychotherapy aims to address, as a Psychotherapy Student Intern, Naomi offers each of these modalities as distinctly separate approaches. While it is possible to be both a Nutrition and Psychotherapy Client, it requires booking separate sessions for each service.
