What Therapy is like with Hailey...
Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in genuine connection.
I see our work together as a space to slow down and make sense of what feels overwhelming. Together, we can explore how your experiences, family dynamics, and background shapes your self-worth and values.
I aim to help clients notice patterns, explore thoughts and emotions, and uncover what feels most authentic to them.
I blend curiosity with gentle challenge, inviting reflection and insight while also helping clients identify and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns.

Why
Therapy Matters...
Life is full of transitions with each stage offering opportunities for reflection, growth, and deeper understanding.
Youth, young adults, couples, and families may often experience challenges related to identity, life expectations, and self-worth. These challenges may be impacted by early experiences or difficult events.
Hailey's approach to therapy considers life as a continuous journey, where clients can develop resilience, self-awareness, and more intentional ways of engaging with the world, while feeling supported in processing the ways past experiences may have shaped your present.
